All Panasonic phone system equipment is available on supply only basis with 24hr delivery, or installation within 7 to 10 days. We can provide turnkey installation, including CAT5 or CAT6 structured cabling, including cabinets and network switches.

SUPPLY ONLY
Our online store provides heavily discounted prices for products on a supply only basis. Equipment advertised here is new and has a manufacturer's 12 month warranty. We also supply refurbished equipment for older systems to help extend the life of your existing Panasonic Phone System and refurbished items are clearly marked in the online store.
INSTALLATION & TRAINING
Our fully qualified Panasonic engineers provide expert system installation if required. Most standard installations will also include basic user training. Advanced user and administration training is available at an extra cost. We can provide system only or full turnkey installation including CAT5 and CAT6 structured cabling, racks and patch panels and supply a wide range of system add-ons e.g. music on hold, call recording, gsm gateway, LAN switches, POE Power Over Ethernet switches and UPS uninterupptible Power Supplies.
MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
Phone System Maintenance cover is available on all Panasonic phone systems, new and old. A maintenance contract will cover parts and labour as well as telephone and remote dial in support. A maintenance contract will help ensure your business continuity if your phone system breaks down becuase we can usually have an engineer on site with replacement equipment within a few hours (depending upon level of cover). SUPPORT
If you have decided to install your own telephone system then we can provide telephone or remote dial in support. This service is chargable at £50.00 per hour session. This is a great option if you have decided to maximise your discounts by buying equipment on a supply only basis and need the reassurance of somebody at the end of a phone to help you out with technical support if required. Support is pre-paid and at pre-arranged time slots. |

KX-TEA308 PHONE SYSTEM
The Panasonic KX-TEA308 Phone System can be installed by the end user and provides the capacity for 3 telephone lines and 8 extensions. The extensions can be eiether the panasonic system phones, such as the KX-T7730 or they can be standard analogue phones, including DECT phones.

KX-TES824 PHONE SYSTEM
The Panasonic KX-TES824 Phone System can be installed by the end user and provides the capacity for upto 8 telephone lines and 24 extensions. The extensions can be eiether the Panasonic system phones, such as the KX-T7730 or they can be standard analogue phones, including DECT phones. The Panasonic KX-TES824E comes initially configured with 3 lines and 8 extentions and can be upgraded to it's maximum capacity by using the 3+8 expansion card and the 2+8 expansion card. The KX-TES824 phone system has an optional internal voicemail card and includes Auto Attendant (Press 1 for sales etc).
