Telephone Call Recording

Westlake Communications can supply Telephone Call Recorders to suit all applications.

There are two ways to connect call recorders to a telephone system

1. Connection to an EXTENSION
2. Connection to a TRUNK

EXTENSION CONNECTION

Many call recorders that connect to an extension will connect to a PC via a USB port. These USB Call Recorders are usually analogue including the Comvurgent Universal Recorder, which will work with most telephones including analogue and digital and usually connect in line with the handset curly cord. The Comvurgent xtension USB Call Recorder is a digital call recorder specifically designed to work with the Panasonic Digital Handsets such as the KX-T7668, KX-T7630 etc and plugs in line between the phone and PBX extension port.

TRUNK EXTENSION

If alot of calls, or all calls on a telephone system need recording then it would probably be advisable to connect a telephone call recording unit to the telephone line prots of the phone system. We can provide Call Recorders that connect to analogue telephone line ports, ISDN2 and ISDN30 Line Ports and also provide solutions to record calls over VoIP.
